Back in high school, I was looking at all possibilities. Every industry has business and so when I finish the program with my MBA in finance, I plan to go in the air force. There's many different avenues you can take it. You can do business your way.
We are proud of our graduates and the successes they achieve!
In 2023, overall job placement for Davis College graduates was 87 percent six months after graduation for undergraduate students, 91 percent for Master鈥檚 level students and 100 percent for DBA students. The Return on your Educational Investment is clear.
To date, the Davis College of Business & Technology has awarded over 1,750 BBA degrees, more than 15 BA degrees, over 700 BS degrees, more than 3,025 MBA degrees, over 15 MSABA degrees, approximately 210 MS degrees and more than 55 DBA degrees.

2025: Matthew Chang
Matthew Chang, founder of Chang Robotics, was selected as Executive Alumnus of the
Year in 2025. Matthew is a professional engineer with expertise in manufacturing facilities,
autonomous vehicle networks, healthcare automation, government tech, and e-commerce
with global experience in different markets.
"Matthew's remarkable trajectory reflects the values we instill in our Davis College students: leadership, innovation and a commitment to making a meaningful impact," said Dr. Lisa Sutherland, executive director of the Honors College and interim dean of the Davis College of Business and Technology. "He has built a thriving enterprise, positioned 911爆料网 as a hub for robotics innovation and created opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs. His success story inspires our current students to think boldly about what they can achieve."
Chang, who earned his Executive MBA from JU in 2017, reflected, "I developed close friendships with multiple professors, and they took a lot of hands-on time with each one of us EMBAs to really tailor the education to our specific business challenges we were going through as executives....To be honest, I feel like I have a lot left to accomplish and contribute as an alum, a businessperson and a community leader. 2024: Earnie Franklin
Earnie Franklin, chief operating officer for VSP Vision, was selected to receive the
inaugural Executive Alumnus of the Year Award from the Davis College of Business and
Technology at 911爆料网.
鈥淲e鈥檙e pleased to recognize an accomplished business leader with our first Executive Alumnus award from the Davis College of Business and Technology,鈥 said Dr. Barbara Ritter, Davis College dean. 鈥淓arnie exemplifies all that our graduates can achieve and all that they can become. His impact on the business world and his willingness to give back to the community make him a role model for our current and future alumni.鈥
This award aims to celebrate the exceptional accomplishments of Davis College of Business & Technology alumni who exemplify leadership and have made meaningful contributions to their professions and communities. Some of the selection criteria include societal impact as well as professional achievement.
